Clara Vitalini

Clara worked in marketing management and strategic consulting for 25 years before entering the world of Executive Search and Headhunting. As a Marketing Director, she primarily worked in the fast-moving consumer goods and consumer healthcare sectors. In strategic consulting, she broadened her perspective to include the retail, non-financial services, and manufacturing sectors. Her main areas of focus have always been strategy, organization, marketing, and corporate social responsibility. Since 2010, she has been a partner at Calenti&Partners | Ema Partners Italy, where she joined to continue supporting companies in their growth journeys, thereby placing greater emphasis on People issues. She contributes to the development of the company and the team by bringing her deep business knowledge and her passion for corporate strategy and organization. Clara has earned several certifications in assessment tools that are typically used in selection processes or individual assessments, including Emotional Intelligence with Six Seconds, Decision Dynamics, Hogan, and Deeper Signals. She leads recruitment projects for international and multinational clients across the consumer, industrial, and services sectors. With an international background that includes a Bachelor of Commerce obtained in Canada, extensive experience living abroad for both studies and work, and fluency in four languages in addition to Italian, Clara brings a global perspective to her role. She also holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi and continues to pursue further studies in the business field, most recently attending an executive master in Spirituality and Management at the Politecnico di Milano.
