Chiara Fileppi

Graduated in Law from the University of Turin. After some initial experiences, she developed a passion for the HR field and joined Ema Partners Italy in 2021, where she has grown as a Recruiter and Consultant. Sociable and curious, she is driven by the desire to connect with people and develop new professional relationships. With excellent communication skills, she interacts effortlessly with the various clients and candidates she supports in her projects. She is certified in the use of emotional intelligence assessment tools (Six Seconds) as well as other instruments such as Deeper Signals.
