Graduated in Political Science and International Relations from Università Cattolica in Milan. After a brief experience as a Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist, she joined Ema Partners Italy in 2020, advancing into the roles of Recruiter and Client Manager. Her inherent curiosity enables her to effectively support the clients she works with. Passionate about personal growth and evolution, she guides candidates through recruitment and assessment processes to further their professional development. She is certified in the use of emotional intelligence assessment tools (Six Seconds) as well as other instruments such as Deeper Signals and Hogan.
